Unfortunately, the treatment plan appears to have been poorly designed and executed. Instead of improving my smile, my teeth became more flared and shifted, and my occlusion is now unstable. I also developed significant root resorption (tooth mobility), especially in the upper anterior teeth, and black triangles, which is extremely concerning and irreversible.
What is most frustrating is the lack of proper diagnosis and long-term planning. Orthodontic treatment should aim for both aesthetic and functional stability, but in my case, neither was achieved. I now require corrective treatment elsewhere.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think carefully before undergoing similar treatment here.
My experience with Dr. Amir Zahrawi during my orthodontic treatment was extremely disappointing.

I also experienced significant root resorption (resulting in tooth mobility), especially in my upper front teeth, as well as the appearance of black triangles between my teeth, which is very concerning and irreversible.
